Position Overview: As a 1099 Sub-Contractor with House Doctors of SW Atlanta, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of remodeling services. We are looking for experienced professionals who can manage their own schedule, work independently, and produce high-quality work on a variety of residential remodeling projects. Responsibilities: Complete remodeling tasks such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other trades as needed. Follow project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure a smooth project flow. Manage your own tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in the remodeling industry (minimum of 5 years preferred). Ability to perform high-quality work across a variety of trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, etc.). Own tools and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Valid contractor’s license (if applicable) and insurance (general liability and workers’ comp). Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (if applicable).
