Location: Longmont, CO

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Put together medical devices and components using hand tools and automated equipment.
• Use microscopes and magnifying glasses as needed.
• Operate production equipment.
• Check the quality of assembled products to ensure they meet company's standards.
• Follow GMP processes and procedures.
• Keep accurate records, including specs and test results.
• Help with packaging and labeling final products for shipping.
• Work with your teammates to hit production goals.

Clean Room Environment Requirements

• Work in a clean, contamination-free space.
• Wear clean room gear including gowns, gloves, and hairnets.
• Follow strict hygiene rules – no make-up, jewelry, fake nails, or nail polish.
• Keep the environment sterile by sticking to clean room standards.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in small parts assembly.
• Experience with microscopes is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with documentation.
• Comfortable working in a clean room environment.
• Great attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
