we give our Customer Service Representatives the training needed to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Over the phone, you actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments.
Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. And, when challenging situations arise, you continue to offer excellent customer service as you resolve their billing issues. The knowledge that you've helped someone in their time of need is
truly rewarding and the best part of your job.
QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Ability to learn new software quickly
