Brand Ambassador for Glide Xpress Car Wash Location: Northwest Arkansas (Tontitown, Fayetteville, Bentonville)

We pride ourselves on our commitment to the community, and we're looking for a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador to help spread the word about our services throughout Northwest Arkansas.
Position Overview: As a Brand Ambassador for Glide Xpress Car Wash, you'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, both online and within the local community. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, has a knack for social media, and is passionate about building relationships. This hybrid work-from-home position requires applicants to visit our 3 Arkansas locations once a week.
All employees are required to work on-site at the car wash for a minimum of 2 weeks. This allows for an understanding of how car washes operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow Glide Xpress Car Wash's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging content that highlights our services, promotions, and community involvement.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to maintain a positive online presence.
- Community Partner Program:
- Build and manage our Community Partner Program by identifying and establishing relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
- Coordinate and participate in events, sponsorships, and other partnership opportunities to promote Glide Xpress Car Wash.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with the Northwest Arkansas community to inform them about Glide Xpress Car Wash.
- Attend local events, farmers markets, and community gatherings to represent Glide Xpress Car Wash.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials, and offer special deals to attract new customers.
- On-Site Marketing:
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions and offers.
- Engage with the local community and businesses to establish partnerships.
- Utilize social media platforms and other channels to promote car wash services.
- Plan and coordinate on-site events and promotions to increase foot traffic.
- Plan and prepare for Grand Opening Events in the Northwest Arkansas Area.
- Work closely with our signage vendors and manage our inventory of marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for community engagement and building relationships.
- Knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas area is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in marketing/PR is preferred.
