Position Overview: We are seeking a talented DraftsmanArchitect who will play a pivotal role in our customization process. This position is client-facing and requires excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless, collaborative experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to transform client ideas into actionable designs for our construction and design teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to discuss customization options and capture their vision.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for custom elements tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the Design Center and Construction Staff to ensure smooth implementation of custom features.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.

What We’re Looking For: * Experience: o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting or architectural design (high-end residential preferred). * Skills: o Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). o Strong ability to create detailed construction and shop drawings. o Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills. * Attributes: o Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to customization. o Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. * Education: o Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred but not required).
