Job Description:
We are is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Assist customers with orders, billing inquiries, and account updates.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service training is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to empathize with customers.
