In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will manage a variety of customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience across all channels Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
