We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction :

  • Handle incoming calls from customers to address inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support as needed.


Problem Resolution
:

  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.


Documentation
:

  • Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless follow-up and continuity of service.


Team Collaboration
:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve customer service processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and call center technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
