Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Center Based Behavior Technician in Andover, MA, offering a competitive salary of $20 - $25 per hour. The ideal candidate will work with individuals with behavioral challenges, implementing treatment plans and providing support in a structured environment. Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Collect and record data on client progress
Provide direct support to clients in a center-based setting
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective treatment
Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Passion for helping individuals with special needs
