Home Health Aide (CHHA) - CNA

As a Home Health Aide (CHHA) - CNA, you will support patients in their homes in the Corvallis, McMinnville, Salem, Lebanon, and Albany areas. You’ll be a vital part of helping patients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This per diem role offers the opportunity to transition into full-time employment.

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.

• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to supervising nurses or healthcare providers.

• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.

• Provide medication reminders and support prescribed exercise routines.

• Maintain accurate client records and document care provided.

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Oregon.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.

• Starting pay at $22/hr, negotiable based on experience.

• Mileage reimbursement for travel within designated areas.

• 401(k) plan available for per diem/part-time team members.
