About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing quality, culturally competent, and comprehensive community-based primary care. They should be a strong, decisive leader, capable of building consensus and working collaboratively to maximize the contributions of staff and the Board. Personal characteristics for the role include being organized, strategic, financially aware, and politically astute. The CEO should be a catalyst for change, with the ability to anticipate and act on events to further the company's mission. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, and the candidate should be able to communicate effectively and represent the company to a broad public. The role demands a leader who is outraged by injustice and inequity in healthcare, and who can inspire and motivate others to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their background, have access to the highest quality care.
