Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Minneapolis-based general contracting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Minneapolis area and surrounding regions
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and bids for construction projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
