The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee large-scale data center construction projects. As the General Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing on-site operations, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires someone with exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate all field activities, including scheduling, work allocation, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Interface regularly with project stakeholders, including the client, owners’ representatives, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that may affect timelines or budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment of field operations with project goals.
• Provide regular reports on construction progress, performance metrics, and any potential risks.
• Review and ensure proper completion of daily field reports, RFIs, and change orders.
• Manage inspections, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry (data center experience strongly preferred).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Experience as an owner’s representative is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Certifications :

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent (required).
• PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
