Salary Range: $65,000-$125,000
Rainbow Treecare (a division of Rainbow Companies) is seeking a Consulting Arborist to join our team! You are an arborist/horticulturist with preferably 3-5 years of sales experience in arboricultural services. You will provide professional consultative assessments of trees and landscape ecosystems and recommend appropriate services to commercial or residential customers. The ideal candidate will have experience educating, proposing, and closing sales to existing commercial clients and cultivating new business opportunities. You must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices.
This position involves estimating the time/cost for crews to perform tree removal, pruning, cabling and all other Rainbow Treecare services. Plant Identification is also an important job function. Your key priority is proposing and developing sales to existing clients and cultivation of new customers in the territory. You have excellent sales and communication skills; excellent people skills; are self-motivated; computer proficient and organized.
The salary for this role is $65,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

Work is performed outdoors in any weather element throughout urban and rural areas. May be required to bend, reach, stoop, and lift objects; may be exposed to safety hazards and hazardous tools and equipment; during which safety precautions must be followed, including use of safety equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at any given time.
