Key Responsibilities:
Qualify Potential Patients: Use thoughtful and effective questioning to determine if our dental implant solutions meet the needs and expectations of prospective patients.
Provide Compassionate Support: Offer empathetic communication to potential patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns about our services. Guide them through each step of their treatment journey.
Manage Your Book of Business: Independently handle leads from web inquiries and inbound calls. Ensure timely follow-ups and build strong, lasting relationships with each patient.
Achieve KPIs: Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lead conversion and activity. You'll primarily work with warm leads, so there's no cold calling required.
CRM Management: Efficiently use CRM systems, such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental, to track activities, maintain detailed notes, and optimize workflow.
Collaborate Effectively: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to align on patient needs and expectations, ensuring seamless communication and patient care.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in the healthcare or dental industry, is a plus.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely and manage multiple responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is advantageous) and proficient with standard office software.
Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet common goals.
