Location: Remote (Work-from-Home, Texas Residents Only)

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for starting conversations and building interest? We are seeking motivated individuals from Texas to join our team remotely as Contact Center Fronters! As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a key role in qualifying leads and setting them up for success—all from the comfort of your home.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initial Contact: Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Qualifying Prospects: Evaluate prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure they meet the target criteria.
• Building Interest: Highlight the key benefits of our offerings, address concerns, and create enthusiasm about the opportunity.
• Gathering Information: Collect relevant information such as the prospect's pain points, decision-making authority, and communication preferences to help the Closer customize their pitch.
• Transition to Closer: Hand off qualified leads to the Closer or set up appointments for follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone

Requirements:

• Texas residency (proof required)
• Must use your own equipment. Specifications will be provided to candidate during interview process:
  • Reliable desktop or laptop (minimum specs will be provided)
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • Noise-cancelling headset with microphone for clear communication
  • Camera for on-camera meetings.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or cold calling (preferred, but not required).
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently from home.
