Job Title: Copier and Printer Service Technician

Location: Waco, TX

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $17 - $23 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Copier and Printer Service Technician to join our team in Waco, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of copiers and printers. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues in copiers and printers.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and repairs.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and repair techniques for copiers and printers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a service technician, preferably with copiers and printers.
• Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
