Pay Range $14.00-$14.75/hour + Tips (18+ FT/PT); $12 (14/15 year olds); $13 (16/17 year olds)

369 Management is a local family business that owns and operates 14 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. • Someone who comes to work with a positive attitude ready to provide an exceptional guest experience
• A team player who excels in a fun, fast-paced environment while following brand standards as well as safety/sanitation standards
• Someone with a great attitude who has a desire to learn and is able to take feedback from their supervisor and run with it

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
