Job Details

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Sales) in the Floor Manufacturing industry! You will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience, developing long-term relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This position MUST be bilingual in English & Spanish!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
2. Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions, track orders, and maintain customer records.
3. Provide bilingual support to our Latin America customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
4. Deliver engaging presentations to share product information, updates, and solutions with customers.
5. Conduct cold calling to potential customers, presenting our products and services, and identifying new business opportunities.
6. Provide exceptional client support, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring the customer experience is positive and seamless.
7. Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring they are accurate and competitive.
8. Track and monitor customer orders, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
9. Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
10. Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
3. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as the role supports our Latin America customers.
4. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
5. Experience in cold calling and business development.
6. Strong client support skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Experience in preparing and delivering quotes.
8. Knowledge of order tracking processes and systems.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
10. A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
11. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
12. A passion for customer service and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers.
