This role will involve overseeing design resources and scheduling, ensuring all jobs are sufficiently resourced and our high standards are met. To deliver this successfully, organisation and communication skills are vital. You will be supporting our Design team, working directly with the Design and Content Manager, in the organisation, allocation and scheduling of design projects and art requirements across all phases of projects throughout emc3, including briefing and actioning freelancers when required. Your core focus in this role will be to assist in the management of projects. Your roles and responsibilities will vary as project scope can often be wide; however, to provide an overview—the role will include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, organising kick-off meetings to discuss new briefs, and providing internal interim reviews through the design process with all relevant stakeholders.
