Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, hybrid (remote possible) capacity. This role reports to the Director of Content Strategy and is perfect for a systems-savvy professional who enjoys working with various digital platforms and has a passion for creating and managing social media content . We provide comprehensive training and encourage creative input from all team members.
Core Responsibilities
• Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms and for a diverse client portfolio
• Manage media asset organization and uploading
• Assist with content management system (CMS) updates and maintenance
• Support technical SEO implementation and optimization
• Learn and navigate multiple marketing technology platforms
• Execute assigned marketing tasks with attention to detail
• Meet established deadlines consistently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Content Strategy
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions for client initiatives
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media content creation and management
• Strong writing and communication abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for learning new systems
• Basic understanding of SEO principles (or strong willingness to learn)
• Genuine interest in client success and dedication to quality work
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
• Strong time management skills and commitment to deadlines
Desired Experience
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Experience with marketing tools such as Sprout Social, SEranking, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Director of Content Strategy, working closely with them to execute digital marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with the overall content strategy. Regular check-ins and collaborative planning sessions will help ensure success in this role. We believe in providing thorough training and ongoing support to help you excel in your position.
Salary Range: 44-55k / DOE
