Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) Location: New York We are expanding our global Growth Marketing team at Smartly and are seeking a passionate marketing professional to join us! As the Director of Account Based Marketing, you will lead ABM efforts to identify market growth opportunities with high visibility across corporate leadership. This role offers the chance to run a world-class program covering North America and Europe. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Event Marketing, Paid Media, and SDRs to build scalable programs, establishing best practices in account-based approaches. Responsibilities Design scalable ABM programs in partnership with Sales leadership and VP of Growth Marketing to drive revenue. Develop programs around ABM 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many, executing targeted, region-specific campaigns for key accounts. Own and optimize 6Sense adoption across Sales and Marketing for account identification and outreach. Partner with SDRs to translate growth campaigns into account targeting and outreach content. Innovate in engaging target accounts with creative strategies that stand out. Leverage AI for content creation and website optimization. Collaborate with content marketing to develop campaign messaging and align with demand generation initiatives. Oversee development of campaign materials, including landing pages, direct mailers, and gifting. Provide analytics to demonstrate ABM impact on revenue and ROI, developing dashboards and reports. Manage budgets, identify new tools, and build a best-in-class ABM practice. Qualifications 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, with at least 3 years in ABM campaigns. Experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus. Understanding of multiple buyer personas and tailored messaging. Strong analytical skills with data-driven campaign management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with multi-touch, nurture, and paid acquisition campaigns. Benefits Competitive salary range: $140,000 to $180,000, plus bonus.
