As the Director, you will work collaboratively across all Human Resources disciplines (recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave management, employee & labor relations, HRIS, organizational development, leadership development, and service excellence) and interface with departmental leadership, ensuring optimal relationships and lines of open communication are maintained. The Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development will continually seek to maximize efficiency and the use of resources and modern technologies while providing a highly supportive environment for staff to excel. Requirements: Master’s Degree Required. 5+ Years Human Resources Leadership Experience. Professional Certificate(s) preferred.
