We are currently on the search for an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney with 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney within high net worth estate and tax planning.

Job Details
As an Estate and Tax Planning Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following:
Juris Doctorate
Admitted to New York Bar
Attorney with five 5+ years of practice experience in high net worth estate and tax planning
Preferred experience in planning and drafting Intentionally Defective Trusts, Spousal Limited Access Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts preferred
Proficient in software such as Clio, NetDocuments and Wealth Docs
