What you’ll need to succeed as an Executive Administrative Assistant at XPO Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 5 or more years of experience supporting a senior executive Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other related software as needed Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines Experience with event planning logistics Comfortable with learning new software and online tools Preferred qualifications: An eye for detail, conscientiousness and thoroughness when completing work Highly organized work style Excellent interpersonal skills A "no job is too big or too small" attitude Typing speed of at least 70+ wpm (as typing is a critical skill for this position, we encourage you to review and practice your typing skills throughout your application process here: About the Executive Administrative Assistant job Pay, benefits and more: Competitive compensation package Full health insurance benefits are available on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 15 days of PTO over your first year 9 Paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Education assistance Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day: Serve as the executive assistant to the global chief human resources officer Offer additional support to other senior executives as needed Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize important deliverables Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations Complete expense reports, invoicing and external billing for suppliers Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint Collaborate with others to organize various team events Lead various engagement activities for the corporate office Provide backup support to other administrative professionals in the office during their absences or vacations #PIQ About XPO XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
