The Personal and Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the team leader by managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and handling personal errands. This position requires a high level of discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage the team leader's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Assist in planning and organizing client and industry events.
    • Attend events to provide on-site support and represent the team.
  • Personal Assistance:

    • Run personal errands as needed. Includes shopping for team leader, staff, clients gifts.
    • Manage personal appointments and schedules for the team leader.
  • Client Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
    • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial or real estate sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
