Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure compliance with airline regulations.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers in a friendly manner.
• Assist passengers with their inquiries and respond to their needs.
• Manage in-flight emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
• Ensure the cabin is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills in at least one native language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification programs.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid passport.
