Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight experience.
• Serve food and beverages to passengers, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Assist passengers in case of emergencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Demonstrate emergency procedures and safety equipment to passengers before takeoff.
• Manage cabin environment, including temperature and cleanliness, to enhance passenger comfort.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and ground staff to ensure smooth operations.,
• Perform pre-flight inspections to ensure that all safety equipment and supplies are on board.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in your native language; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment under pressure.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to various time zones.
