The Full Stack Marketing Manager is the force behind Pallet's marketing strategy, responsible for executing innovative campaigns that fuel brand awareness, spark customer engagement, generate quality leads, and accelerate business growth. This dynamic role spans the full spectrum of marketing—blending digital expertise, content mastery, data-driven insights, and a knack for building standout brand strategies.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's current marketing strategy, business objectives, and target audience.
  • Review past and current marketing initiatives, identifying key successes and areas for improvement.
  • Meet with the leadership team and marketing agency to align on priorities, processes, and expectations.

Digital Marketing

  • Assess the performance of existing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Perform a website audit with the internal creative team and agency to identify areas for optimization.
  • Review the social media calendar and email campaign performance to identify quick-win opportunities.

Content Creation & Management

  • Audit existing content (blogs, case studies, social media posts, etc.) for gaps in alignment with strategy and engagement goals.
  • Establish immediate content priorities, ensuring alignment with SEO and target audience preferences.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Identify the tools and processes currently used for data tracking, reporting, and analytics.
  • Establish baseline metrics for key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, leads, and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build relationships with sales, product, and customer support teams to understand their goals and how marketing can support them.
  • Clarify workflows and communication processes with internal teams and external stakeholders, including the marketing agency.

Automation & Tools

  • Review existing marketing automation and CRM tools to assess functionality and integration.

Event Marketing

  • Review the upcoming event calendar, including webinars, tradeshows, and conferences, and identify immediate needs for planning.

Your 60-Day Goals are focused on: Implementation and Alignment

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop a draft of the holistic marketing strategy, incorporating insights from the 30-day review phase.
  • Collaborate with leadership and the marketing agency to finalize and gain alignment on the annual marketing plan.

Digital Marketing

  • Launch the first round of optimized digital marketing campaigns, focusing on high-priority areas identified during the 30-day assessment.
  • Implement quick updates to the website to improve user experience and SEO alignment.
  • Establish a consistent posting cadence for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with branding and audience engagement goals.

Content Creation & Management

  • Begin executing the content strategy, focusing on high-impact assets like case studies and blogs.
  • Partner with the internal creative team to ensure all new content adheres to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Roll out a standardized reporting dashboard to track marketing performance metrics.
  • Conduct the first round of A/B tests for email campaigns, landing pages, or digital ads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Organize a joint session with sales, product, and customer support teams to present marketing updates and gather feedback.
  • Establish a process for regular collaboration with external agencies.

Automation & Tools

  • Roll out initial enhancements to marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct training for the team on any underutilized features of the CRM system.

Event Marketing

  • Finalize plans and execute marketing efforts for any events or webinars scheduled for the next quarter.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Finalize the comprehensive marketing strategy and ensure alignment with business goals across departments.
  • Present the marketing strategy to the leadership team for feedback and alignment.

Digital Marketing

  • Achieve measurable improvements in SEO rankings, SEM ROI, and social media engagement through optimization efforts.
  • Launch a multi-channel digital campaign that spans email, paid media, and social media with clear KPIs.

Content Creation & Management

  • Publish and promote cornerstone content pieces (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, or videos).
  • Evaluate the performance of content produced during the first 60 days and adjust the content strategy based on data insights.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Deliver a quarterly performance report that highlights wins, lessons learned, and areas of opportunity.
  • Implement insights from A/B testing to optimize future campaigns further.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Establish a regular cadence for cross-departmental collaboration and feedback, e.g., monthly syncs or check-ins.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead-nurturing efforts and align marketing campaigns with sales priorities.

Automation & Tools

  • Optimize workflows in marketing automation tools, ensuring they align with lead-nurturing and segmentation strategies.
  • Research and recommend additional tools or features to improve marketing ROI.

Event Marketing

  • Execute at least one major event (e.g., tradeshow or webinar) successfully, using post-event metrics to demonstrate marketing impact.
  • Create a playbook for event marketing to streamline future planning and execution.

Ongoing responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a Partnership with the Marketing Agency and leadership team. To oversee and implement continued holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience
  • Track market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
  • Oversee annual and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring initiatives are properly prioritized and resourced.
  • Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and paid social media.
  • Partner with our marketing agency and internal creative team to manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring a seamless user experience, high performance, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and execute email sales & marketing campaigns, from segmentation to content creation and performance analysis.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and drives user engagement, conversions, and thought leadership.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., traffic, leads, ROI, engagement) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creative, and landing pages for better performance.
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback, using insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, and other stakeholders as needed to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across different channels.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to streamline workflows and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Stay updated on new marketing tools and technologies that can improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Optimize CRM systems for lead nurturing, segmentation, and tracking.
  • Plan and execute webinars

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in in-house marketing, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional channels.

· Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing software, etc.).

· Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and tools.

· Proven track record of driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions through multi-channel marketing campaigns.

· Ability to both direct and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy.

· Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot).

· Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics.

· Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content creation.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

· Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in B2G marketing.

· Experience working in a start-up.

· Experiencing working on small, in-house, teams that wear many marketing hats.

· Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and website optimization.

• Hybrid with options to work remotely on predetermined days of the week

TRAVEL:

  • This position requires minimal travel, both domestic and possibly international, based on business needs.
  • Travel estimated at 5%, with potential peaks up to 10%.
  • Ability to travel on short notice (less than 48 hours).

BENEFITS:

Eligible employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision (employer covers 90% of individual cost). Other benefits include basic life, short- and long-term disability insurance. Employees can enroll in supplemental life and our 401k plan. Employees will start to receive up to 15 days per year (4.615 hours per pay period) and up to nine paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

PAY RANGE

Our target HIRING range for this role is $97,560 - $121,950 annually. The entire pay range for this position is $97,560- $146,340 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
