As a General Manager (GM), you’ll be in charge of running daily store operations and driving performance across key areas: sales, customer service, product quality, and team development. We don’t take a “sink or swim” approach – we offer a comprehensive multi-week training program led by experienced trainers to set you up for success. You won’t just be making sandwiches – you’ll be making decisions that impact the business, and we’ll give you the tools and training to do it effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead store operations to achieve performance goals, including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
  • Make strategic decisions to improve store performance, including understanding and managing P&L.
  • Train, develop, and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards.
  • Drive sales growth and build strong community relationships.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high standards are maintained across all areas.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Current General Manager in a retail or restaurant environment with hands-on, customer-focused service experience.
  • Strong understanding of financials (P&L), business planning, and operational execution.
  • Proven track record of developing talent and building strong teams (experience with hiring seasonal workers is a plus).
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch service and uncompromising product quality.
  • Eager to take on responsibility and contribute to the success of the store.
