Job Description Job Description Job Description: The Commercial Glazier / Estimator must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with storefronts, and glass in various surfaces and settings, such as windows, doors, mirrors, insulated glass units, and shower door enclosures, display cases, tabletops, and other glass applications. Glazier /Estimator is responsible for interacting with customers/contractors, team members, and management to ensure a smooth transaction with our company while providing the highest possible level of quality workmanship and service with a low warranty percentage. Provides excellent communication skills with persons in and outside of the organization. Duties/Responsibilities: Take off storefront and glass from drawings Estimating storefront packages for new and remodel projects Use chemicals and adhesive systems as instructed to facilitate installation Frequent customer interaction and ability to build relationships Problem-solving and troubleshooting as necessary Select appropriate tools, safety equipment, and parts, according to job requirements Team environment orientated Operating and maintaining a company vehicle Other duties as assigned Requirements: ~5-year experience in Glazing / Estimating field ~ Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships ~ Strong communication skills ~ Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment ~ Ability to read a tape measure ~ Computer skills that correspond to position needs ~ Clean DMV ~ Non-smoking environment Benefits Offered: ~ Medical Insurance ~ Dental/Vision Insurance ~ Group Life and AD&D Insurance ~401-K ~ Paid Holiday ~ Paid Vacation ~ Paid Sick Leave Company Description Don's Mobile Glass has 4 stores throughout the Central Valley including Modesto, Manteca, Turlock, and Merced.
