Main duties and responsibilities will include the following: Oversee the preparation of financial models (LBO etc.) across industries and sectors to support mandate processes Manage and evaluate current investment portfolio, whilst building a longer-term strategy for further expansion into the United States Manage an investment team of associates and analysts Drive the analysis of financial data to build financial models, review direct equity investments Make informed and highly commercial strategy decisions Investment execution (term sheets, due diligence, transaction documents) Portfolio monitoring (board meetings, quarterly letters) Recommend future investments Deliver quarterly sector research reports for external distribution #J-18808-Ljbffr Andsimple
