TriVector's Experience and exceptional Performance adds measurable Value to every project. TriVector Services, Inc., is seeking qualified candidates to fill our JIRA Administrator. The JIRA administrator will provide support to the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Program Space Vehicle Systems Office. The candidate will work with a ride range of technical disciplines across the HLS program at Marshall Space Flight Center and will:

• Gather requirements for processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA to build and configure workflows.
• Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence across the Space Vehicle Systems Office.
• Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required.
• Experience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines.
• Support JIRA and Confluence users.
• Work with discipline leads to create custom dashboards.
• Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects.
• Support and configure JIRA plugins as required.
• Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have at least 15 years of experience in a technical field.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator.
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, science, or a related field; experience may be substituted for education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with NASA projects is desired.
