On top of our incredible niche, we offer full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and retirement planning. **Job Details** We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Jr Revit Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a progressive, fast-paced organization in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of projects, providing essential support to the design team, and will play a vital role in the project lifecycle from conception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Utilize Revit software to create, modify, and maintain detailed 3D models for construction projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop design ideas and draft technical drawings.
• Use Bluebeam and Adobe software to review, markup, and manage project documents.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, including drawings, renderings, and material boards.
• Participate in design reviews to ensure design concepts are coordinated and integrated with the overall project.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure that design details are consistent and accurate.
• Assist in managing the Revit library and standardizing Revit workflows across the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design and drafting processes through innovative ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe software is essential.
• A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• A strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
