The Junior Scrum Master must be able to meet the key criteria below: Location: Initially remote support with hybrid support in Suitland, MD after pandemic Years’ Experience: 4+ Years Education: Bachelors is preferred Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance Work Authorization: Must be a US Citizen Job Status: Full Time Key Skills: A detailed oriented individual with experience in document control of policies, procedures, and contract deliverables. Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards. IT experience Highly skilled in MS Word and detailed oriented Experience in working with tracking systems (i.e., JIRA) to facilitate contract tasks is preferred Ability to assist with Quality Assurance functions is preferred CSM certification a bonus Responsibilities: Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards Following and improving document control procedures Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals. Producing document progress reports for senior managers Conducting regular reviews and document audits Assisting in the planning stages of a specific project Assisting in the monitoring and controls of a project through Quality Assurance procedures. Work closely with corporate Quality Management department Working with tracking ticketing systems (i.e., JIRA) to assist with status updates and to produce status reports Qualifications : IT experience required Hands on experience working with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc… Ability to maintain proper version control and audit log history of documentation Good communication skills in developing and presenting information to a management audience Good analytic skills with ability to collect, analyze and present data Ability to ensure quality deliverables in accordance with program requirements, and to ensure that all required performance standards are met Prior experience creating reports related to quality improvement / performance outcomes is preferred Must be able to pass a NACI-level Government background check About IBR Imagine Believe Realize, LLC (IBR) is an emerging small business focused on delivering software and systems engineering solutions to government and commercial clients.
