K-5 (SLI) Sign Language Interpreter (Guaranteed Full Hours & Benefits Package) Davis, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ASL interpretation for classroom instruction, school activities, and events to ensure full accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and school administration to adapt communication to various learning environments.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with current interpreter certification (state or national).
• Experience in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
