Job Description
Position: Laptop PC Hardware Repair Technician
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Compensation: $15 per hour
Employment type : Part Time
Position Summary: Responsible for repairing Dell laptop PCs which have failed under warranty and also have been physically damaged. Position entails replacing broken laptop parts with new and/or used working parts. Common repairs include: laptop screens, palm rests, hinge, casing, motherboard and hard drives / SSD replacements.
Responsible for working with clients via phone, email and ticketing system and escalating issues to sales, management, or tier 2 support when necessary. Occasional customer site visits may be required.
