Job Description This specialty insurance company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in administering, optimizing, and innovating our data engineering practices and infrastructure, particularly in an Azure environment. The Lead will ensure that our data engineering practices are aligned with the latest technologies and industry best practices, focusing on performance, reliability, and efficiency. This person will be responsible for coding 60-70% of the time and setting strategy/managing offshore teams 30% of the time. An ideal candidate has strong experience in Data Engineering, Azure technologies, insurance industry background.
