A bit about us:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Executive Administrator with strong personal assistant skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to executives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal Lead Executive Assistant has a TON of flexibility in their work schedule, as this role is supporting the Founder and 6 Executives. It is a very busy position but a huge opportunity. This position is going to be overseeing the additional administrative staff, including training, hiring, onboarding. This Lead Executive Assistant is a 50/50 split between Executive responsibilities, as well as personal assistant responsibilities. There is also 50%+ travel with the Executive team. This will be an incredible experience but we are seeking the right person who can step into this role!

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating on behalf of the executives
  • Plan and execute various projects and events, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring that all deadlines are met and actions are taken as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain documentation and reporting systems to track progress and ensure accountability
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of other administrative staff as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
