LPN - FULL PART TIME- UP TO $35 PER HOUR::

Essential Job Duties Responsibilities

* Evaluate patient and perform assessments; clinical documentation; care plan development; communication with the physician, care team members, patient, and family.

* Wound care, Infusion therapy, and Disease Management.

* Provide direct supervision of nursing clinical care team.

* Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physician.

* Participate in regular case conferences and in-services.

Requirements:

* Current Wisconsin nursing license
* Negative TB test within last 6 weeks

* Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)

* Experience in wound care

* At least 3 months experience in long-term care

* Competency to carry out procedures that the physician orders that are within the scope of nursing

* Proficient communication skills

* Strong organizational skills and time management skills

* Exceptional customer service

* Working as a team mentality

Compensation:

Pay is determined based on years of experience as a LPN

Pay Range: $32-$35 per hour
