Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, a leading provider of Pediatric Nursing Services, is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for a *toddler age patient in the 60657 (Lakeview area)*.

*PATIENT INFO: *
* Case is recruiting for a nurse experienced in gtubes/trachs/vents

*Schedule needs:*
* Patient must be accompanied to school
* Monday-Friday (School duration: 8:05am-3:05pm)
* Nurses are welcome to work past 3:05pm at case

*Requirements:*
* Valid IL Nursing license
* Successfully pass a background check
* Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification
