Job Description

Our client, a manufacture of zinc hardware is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator you will be part of the manufacturing team producing hardware product used around the Country. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, work safely and work well as a team which will align successfully in the organization.
Machine Operator, 1 st , 2 nd & 3 rd Shifts

$19.60 Plus Shift Premium for 2 nd and 3rd Shifts
What’s the Job?

• Machine operator producing zinc parts working directly with molten zinc, in a safe environment.
• Folling all safety guidelines
• Following work instructions to produce parts to the customer specifications

• 1 Year experience as a Machine Operator or similar process
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Proof of good work ethic and experience

• Weekly paycheck as a Manpower Associate
• Shift premium of $2.50 and $3.00 per hour for 2 nd and 3 rd shifts
• Great training and experience
• A foot in the door of a long-time manufacturing company in Decorah
• Working for an “Employer of Choice”
• Free on-line education as a Manpower Associate
