As the original designers of the first standard automatic coupler, continued innovation and craftsmanship have led to a product line that includes every ARR approved coupler as well as custom coupler solutions, which are all proudly cast in the US.

We are actively seeking a Machine Operator . In this position you will operate multiple different types of machines in support of our forging operations. You will also perform basic quality assurance checks to validate compliance to part specifications. Making our final product requires specialized skill and knowledge of machine and process. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Operating 10,000-ton forging press – utilize touch screen controls, make manual adjustments, complete documentation, and update daily metrics
• Assisting with die changes
• Occasionally work front of press unloading main press and feeding punch press with forged material
• Assisting with die assembly
• Operating saws to cut raw material on non-forge weeks. Must be able to measure and perform basic quality checks
• Running overhead cranes

You will be an integral member of our team, helping to safely deliver high quality products on time to our customers.

Shift: Must be able to work both 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Shifts

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of previous experience in machine operation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a lathe
• Proven shop math skills

Working Conditions:

• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds.
• This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant

• Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
