Machine Operator Lead

Job Title: Machine Operator Lead

Location: Mable Mn.

Pay Range: $20-$25 Based on Experience Plus Bonuses

What you'll do:

• Gain or apply an intricate understanding of the operation of machines used in powder food and supplement manufacturing.
• Embrace and implement "lean manufacturing" principles while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, creating an environment of innovation and accountability in the plant.
• Uphold our core values daily, contributing to our mission of creating transformational change.

What's Needed: 

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing (required).
• Skills: Strong time management, decision-making abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
