We are currently seeking a Permanent Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs.
  • Manage the scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance planning staff.
  • Use JD Edwards Enterprise and CMMS software to manage maintenance activities and generate reports.
  • Oversee the procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies required for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise and CMMS software.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
  • In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
