Job Description What you will be doing:
- Lead marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and lead generation for increased sales.
- Shape and refine marketing strategies based on business goals.
- Develop purposeful content and track performance.
- Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially sales leadership.
- Provide clear guidance to external resources such as agencies and contractors.
- Understand various markets and audiences for real estate developments.
- Plan, ideate, execute, and track marketing campaigns across multiple channels using organic and paid tactics.
- Manage new community launches from concept to execution.
- Conduct A/B testing of content and try new tactics.
- Focus on PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, social media, email marketing, event management, on-site signage, sales collateral, and local PR.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess progress against goals.
- Oversee updates to the website in terms of content and site performance.
- Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Oversee signage and marketing collateral development, ensuring brand consistency.
- Set up an analytics reporting dashboard for real-time feedback.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual updates on the marketing budget.
- Plan and execute marketing events.
- Meet with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and adapt to market shifts.
- Maintain MLS listings and presence on third-party real estate platforms.
- Manage model home merchandising and community asset production (photo & video shoots).
- Manage swag orders and new homeowner gifts.
Experience you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience required.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Strong track record of developing and executing 360-degree strategic marketing plans and associated tactics.
- Demonstrable experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience with website analytics tools and Google AdWords campaigns.
- HubSpot experience preferred.
- Comfortable working with numbers, allocating budgets, and calculating ROI.
- A keen sense for aesthetics and strong copywriting skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
- Experience in identifying and analyzing multiple prospective target audiences.
