About the job: We are looking for a meticulous and organized Marketing Specialistto join our team, based either in New York, USA, or Toronto, ON, Canada. Inthis role, you will support Marketing & Events across the USA and Canada,working closely with the Global marketing team to drive local initiatives. Theideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in marketing within managementconsulting or professional services environments, with a strong focus onevents, digital marketing strategies, and execution. This includes campaignmanagement, content creation, and analytics. Key responsibilities include: Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives. Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including managing social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns aligned with business priorities and revenue goals. Content Creation and Optimization: Design, edit, develop and optimize content for print, websites, social media, and other marketing materials (e.g. podcasts, videocasts, blogs, whitepapers, social media, case studies). Collaborate closely with consulting teams to identify thought leadership opportunities and promote service offerings. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend optimization strategies. Event Management: Drive internal and external events and strategies, including webinars, roundtables, and participation in industry conferences. Marketing Automation: Oversee CRM and marketing automation workflows to ensure effective lead nurturing and campaign tracking. Collaboration: Partner with global marketing teams to localize global campaigns for North America, and work with external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
