Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) is seeking a National Campaign Staff Attorney to help support ERA’s national campaigns and coalition work, which are centered on defending civil rights, advancing gender justice, and accelerating the pace of reform for women and people across genders.

The Policy and National Campaign Staff Attorney position has an annual salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience and skill set.

ERA’s home base is in San Francisco, California, with team members also located in Washington D.C. and other parts of the United States.
