A growing organization is seeking a savvy NHTD Intake Specialist fluent in both English and Russian to manage a caseload. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to work with a diverse clientele, and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and process intake cases for the NHTD program, ensuring all required information is collected accurately.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, assisting with the intake process.
• Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare providers, clients, and families to ensure smooth transitions and accurate service delivery.
• Ensure all case information is documented accurately in the system.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address questions and provide updates.
• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with program regulations and requirements.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in healthcare or case management is a plus but not required.
