The Work Lead Strategic Finance projects by assessing and benchmarking financial processes, people, and technology; providing strategic advice; leading process design and improvement efforts; and managing finance workstreams and teams through full lifecycle system implementations. Solve complex finance and business challenges by designing processes using proven management techniques and leading practices. Ensure high-quality, integrated business and software solutions during process design and implementation within time and budget constraints. Drive transformation of client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies, managing change effectively. Engage with key stakeholders to align ERP Finance and EPM Cloud applications with business processes and perform gap/impact analysis. Collaborate with solution/functional teams to deliver successful client solutions. Manage finance projects and teams throughout the system lifecycle; potentially serve as Project Manager. Scope, plan, and support the positioning of Finance Transformation projects; assist in pre-sales activities. Represent Accenture as a client reference, speak at public forums, and refer Inspirage to prospects. Promote continuous improvement, develop intellectual property, and contribute as a thought leader. Note: Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Here’s What You Need At least 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Applications. At least 7 years implementing Oracle Cloud Planning, Hyperion Planning, or PCM. At least 7 years implementing Financial Consolidation and Close or Hyperion Financial Management. Minimum 5 years of finance and consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm. Successfully completed one full lifecycle EPM Cloud implementation. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if an Associate’s Degree, then at least 6 years of work experience. Bonus Points Finance or Accounting degree. Strong understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis, operating models, and best practices. Experience managing projects and teams of 5+ resources. Knowledge of Controllership processes, technical accounting (GAAP/IFRS), month-end close, consolidations, and reporting. MBA and/or CPA license.
